Booking Form

Terms & Conditions -

 

Please fill out all fields of the booking form. Once completed, we will email over a copy of the booking form, our information, and the bank account details for the deposit. Deposits are 25% of the agreed fee. Deposits are non-refundable. Once the deposit is received, the booking is confirmed. Quotes are valid for 7 days. Deposits must be made within 7 days of quote; final payments must be paid at least 7 days prior of the event. We will notify you upon receipt of deposit and final fee.

 

Cancelation Policies -

 

If event is more than 90 days - No fee to be paid.

If event is less than 90 days - 50% of fee to be paid.

If event is less than 30 days - 75% of fee to be paid. 

If event is less than 7 days - Full fee to be paid.

 

What We provide -

 

•PA system best suited to venue and number of guests.

•Stage lighting and/or dance floor lighting where suitable depending on venue and occasion.

•Playlists/DJ Service to be played through the PA system before/after and during performance breaks.

•A wireless microphone for announcements/speeches.

•A copy of our Public Liability Insurance documents (PLI).

•A copy of our Portable Appliance Testing document (PAT)

 

Responsibilities of The Client -

 

•The client must ensure the venue has supply safe power supply.

•The client must ensure the venue has a safe, dry and level performance area. Ideally in shade during the summer months.

•Clients and guests must not under any circumstances touch the equipment we provide. This is for their safety as well as our own. Our equipment can be fragile, expensive and it is essential to our livelihoods. The client is responsible if any equipment is damaged by themselves and/or guests. If clients or guests continue to make it difficult for us to perform, we will have no choice but to end the performance.

•To ensure the quality of the performance we ask that, unless discussed with us with good notice, no other persons may perform with us or use our equipment.

 

In the very unlikely event that any member is unwell, we will do my best to source another musician of the same quality. We will contact you as soon as possible to see how you would like to move forward.

 

If there are any changes to the venue or start/finish times, please contact us ASAP to ensure we can accommodate them.

 

We use social media to promote our business (Facebook, Instagram etc). Please let us know if you would like us to delay posting or not use images/videos from your event.

 

If you wish to use your own playlists for before/after and/or during breaks, please let us know at least 7 days before.
